At our store, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of pets while developing your knowledge about their nutrition, behavior, care, and industry news. Our priority is the well-being of the animals and providing each client with the best advice to find the ideal companion for life.

What you will do

• Provide daily care for animals (reptiles, fish, birds, rodents, cats, and other small animals).
• Welcome clients with a smile and advise them according to their needs.
• Participate in the animal adoption process.
• Keep departments clean, well-organized, and well-stocked.
• Discover and present new products.
• Contribute to providing an exceptional experience to each of our visitors.
• The profile we are looking for
• We are looking for a person who is:
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• Passionate about animals.
• Dynamic and motivated to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Able to lift weights up to 50 lb (23 kg).
• Assets
• Customer service experience (an asset).
• Experience with animals (an asset).

Availability

• 35 to 40 hours per week
• Availability during the day, weekdays, and weekends.
