Copilot Studio Agent Developer

We are looking for a developer specializing in artificial intelligence and Microsoft Copilot Studio to design, develop, and deploy conversational AI agents in a production environment. The candidate must have proven experience in implementing solutions based on Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI technologies.

The mandate covers the entire lifecycle of the solution, including requirements analysis, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.

Functions and Responsibilities

• Perform business and technical requirements analysis for AI use cases
• Design conversational AI agent solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Develop and configure copilots integrating various data sources and enterprise systems
• Design conversational flows, intents, prompts, and AI orchestrations
• Participate in defining technical architecture and security and governance best practices
• Perform unit, integration, and user testing
• Ensure deployment of solutions in a production environment
• Participate in post-deployment support and continuous optimization of AI agents
• Document solutions, configurations, and deployment processes
• Collaborate with business teams, architects, analysts, and infrastructure/cloud teams

Requirements

• Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI agent development
• Confirmed experience in deploying AI solutions in production
• Experience in integration via REST APIs and Microsoft connectors
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and the Microsoft ecosystem
• Experience in functional analysis and technical design
• Experience in testing and validation strategies for AI solutions
• Ability to work in an Agile environment
• Assets
• Microsoft certification related to Copilot, Power Platform, or Azure AI
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Knowledge of LLM models and prompt engineering techniques
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or serverless services
• Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI issues

CGI offers a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, and professional licenses and certifications. Salary decisions depend on the particulars of each case. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $60,000 and $120,000. This position is open.
