Your Responsibilities

You will primarily recruit technical profiles (developers, business analysts, software architects, etc.), while also contributing to the recruitment of professionals in sales, implementation, and other corporate functions, for our offices in Montreal, Quebec, Chicoutimi, and Paris. You will be the preferred partner of managers and will directly contribute to the growth of SIGMA-RH.

Here are the challenges you will face

Drive the complete recruitment cycle, from need analysis to offer acceptance;

Develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to each type of position;

Identify, approach, and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and various recruitment channels;

Recruit talent for a variety of roles, with a strong focus on IT recruitment;

Advise managers on the best attraction strategies and market trends;

Conduct quality interviews to evaluate both the skills and potential of candidates;

Provide an impeccable candidate experience;

Develop a sustainable talent pool;

Promote SIGMA-RH's employer brand.

Your Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources or a relevant discipline;

Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition;

Significant experience in recruiting technical profiles (software development, business analysis, engineering);

Excellent mastery of sourcing techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter;

Excellent communication, influence, and business partnership skills;

Recognized for your curiosity, perseverance, and ability to build trust quickly.
