Perfect for those ready to take on their first challenge as a leader in retail sales. Start developing the management skills necessary to function effectively in a retail environment.

Main Responsibilities:

Operate a cash register; Assist with receiving and storing merchandise; Ensure merchandise presentation standards are followed; Provide quality customer service; Maintain store cleanliness

• Assist the store leader in achieving sales figures, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators through effective team management
• Support the store leader in effectively and efficiently executing customer service, company programs, policies, and directives
• Contribute to the effective operation of the store

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail store is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with others
