Customer Care Manager (Permanent Part-Time) – Aqua-Tots Île-Perrot

Aqua-Tots Île-Perrot is looking for an energetic, positive, and solution-focused Customer Care Manager to lead our team and create an outstanding experience for every family who walks through our doors.

In this role, you'll

• Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting sales.
• Lead, coach, and inspire our front desk and aquatics teams.
• Help oversee the daily operations of the swim school.
• Build a positive, solution-oriented team culture.
• Ensure every family receives the outstanding Aqua-Tots experience.

We're looking for someone who

• Loves working with people and leading a team.
• Has strong communication and organizational skills.
• Is positive, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Is bilingual (French/English) – an asset.

Prerequisites

• Valid Standard First Aid certification.
• Experience supervising or managing a team.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience working with children.
