As part of our growth, we are looking for an Operations Director who will play a key role in team mobilization, operational excellence, and organizational development.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will actively contribute to strategic orientations and the company's performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, mobilize, and develop the team of consultants;
• Ensure operational excellence and the quality of the services provided;
• Deploy, maintain, and evolve the quality management system (QMS);
• Maintain a culture of rigor, accountability, and continuous improvement;
• Monitor performance indicators and implement optimization actions;
• Optimize resource management and expertise allocation;
• Collaborate with the CEO and the management team to support the company's growth;
• Improve operational processes and best practices;
• Act as a mobilizing leader combining exigency, benevolence, and proximity.

Desired Profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering;
• Member in good standing of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ);
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management;
• Experience in operations management, project management, or consulting;
• Excellent communication, mobilization, and leadership skills;
• Demonstrated ability to structure, optimize, and evolve an organization.

Assets

• Experience in a consulting firm;
• Experience acquired on both the client and consulting sides;
• Experience as a consultant;
• PMP certification;
• Experience in the realization of complex projects.

Salary: $100,000 to $140,000 per year
