What you will do on a daily basis

You will work in direct collaboration with a team of litigation lawyers and will play a key role in the preparation and follow-up of cases.

Procedures and cases

  • Writing, preparation, and formatting of judicial procedures (summons, file folders, authority folders, etc.).
  • Electronic filing and management of judicial steps.
  • Preparation for hearings (civil, administrative, or specialized courts, depending on the practice).

Administrative management of litigation

  • Rigorous management of legal deadlines and schedules.
  • Organization and updating of physical and electronic files.
  • Communication with parties, bailiffs, courts, and experts.
  • Proactive follow-up with lawyers to ensure the advancement of cases.

General support

  • Writing and editing of letters, correspondence, and notes.
  • Monthly billing and tracking of time entries.

Your profile

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

  • Legal techniques or a DEP in legal secretarial.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role in litigation (civil, commercial, or related field).
  • Excellent written French skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and legal software.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, with calm and autonomy.
