Senior Product Management Coach & Facilitator (Fully Bilingual – English/French, Contract)

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Management Coach and Facilitator to support a public-sector organization through facilitation, coaching, and advisory services related to product management practices in digital and enterprise environments.

This is a named-resource consulting role. One individual will perform all services. This role is not a product ownership, delivery, or implementation position.

Fully bilingual (English \& French) capability is mandatory.

Candidates who are not fluent in both spoken and written English and French will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate senior-level workshops, meetings, and structured sessions in English and French
• Lead product discovery, requirements alignment, and stakeholder facilitation sessions
• Coach cross-functional teams on product management practices in group and hands-on settings
• Assess product management maturity and identify gaps in processes, tools, and governance
• Recommend best practices, templates, metrics, and improvement approaches
• Support alignment across business, technical, and leadership stakeholders
• Participate in meetings and provide facilitation summaries or outputs as required

Mandatory Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and French (oral and written)
• *(must be able to facilitate live sessions in French without a translator)*
• Senior-level facilitation experience (typically 10+ years)
• Demonstrated experience facilitating product management-related activities
• Strong background in facilitation and coaching (not delivery ownership)
• Experience working in complex digital, IT, or enterprise environments
• Ability to work within formal governance and approval structures
• Eligible to obtain or currently hold Reliability Status (Canada)

Preferred / Asset Qualifications

• Public-sector or regulated-environment experience
• Agile, Scrum, Product, or Business Analysis certifications
• Professional facilitation or coaching credentials

Engagement Details

• Contract engagement (short-term)
• One senior consultant performing all services
• Per-diem compensation, commensurate with senior bilingual consulting rates
• Standard business hours; no overtime compensation
