We are recruiting a Financial Controller for a growing company that wants to better structure its operations, improve its performance, and strengthen the quality of its financial information. In this role, you will actively contribute to project profitability, budget tracking, financial forecasting, and the development of useful management tools for the executive team.

Your Role

• Ensure the reliability, consistency, and relevance of financial information
• Perform financial analyses to support management decisions
• Track costs, margins, and project profitability
• Participate in budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance tracking
• Develop dashboards and performance indicators
• Identify opportunities for improvement in financial and operational processes
• Collaborate with various managers to improve financial discipline
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of control and management practices
• The Profile We Are Looking For
• Relevant education in accounting, finance, or related field
• Experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or cost accounting
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent analytical skills and good sense of priorities
• Influential leadership and ease of collaboration with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in project, manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments, a plus
• Rigorous, autonomous, and solution-oriented approach

• Between $90,000 and $110,000, depending on experience
