  • Relevant education in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or cost accounting
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent analytical skills and good sense of priorities
  • Influential leadership and ease of collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in project, manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments, a plus
  • Rigorous, autonomous, and solution-oriented approach
