Here’s an overview of the position

• Manage the team, ensuring they have all the tools they need to succeed
• Follow Tim Hortons' standards and directives when preparing products for our customers, as well as all operational directives for each piece of equipment
• Recruit, train, and supervise a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high operational standards
• Promote a respectful team environment and manage the team with open communication and understanding
• Manage inventories and orders

REQUIREMENTS
