As a passionate team leader, you believe in the importance of training team members to ensure high standards in customer service, quality, and cleanliness. With your knowledge of the fast-food industry, you are proud to help the owner manage a fast-paced restaurant on a daily basis.

In this role, you will need to:

• Manage shifts, ensuring your team has all the necessary tools to succeed
• Follow Tim Hortons' standards and guidelines for preparing products for our customers, as well as all equipment usage directives
• Recruit, train, and supervise a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operation
• Promote a respectful work environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding
• Manage inventory and orders

REQUIREMENTS

In 1964, the first Tim Hortons® restaurant opened in Hamilton, Ontario, and since then, Canadians have been ordering Tim Hortons' iconic Original Blend coffee, Double-DoubleTM coffee, doughnuts, and Timbits®.
