Your Role and Challenges
As an IPSPL within our team, you will practice your profession with a great deal of autonomy. You will be at the heart of the care of our patients in a stimulating environment.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Assess the physical and mental health status of patients.
- Diagnose pathologies and provide clinical follow-up.
- Prescribe diagnostic tests and required pharmacological treatments.
- Apply evidence-based practice by consulting reliable clinical sources.
- Collaborate actively with the interdisciplinary team to optimize the care pathway.
- Ensure the maintenance of a spotless and functional clinical environment.
Desired Profile
- Bachelor's degree in nursing and DESS in first-line care.
- Member in good standing of the OIIQ.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience (a major asset).
- Assets: Up-to-date RCR training and knowledge of the MedeSync software.
- Qualities: Excellent clinical judgment, professional autonomy, compassion, and team spirit.
