Commercial Notarial Technician

Our firm is looking for a candidate to support notaries in business law in their practice, mainly by performing tasks related to large-scale commercial real estate transactions, but with an interest in business law.

• Commercial real estate transactions;
• Commercial financing, including BDC and Investissement Québec;
• Corporate reorganizations;
• Incorporation of companies;
• The skills and experience that the candidate must possess:
• College diploma in legal techniques;
• At least (5) years of relevant experience in commercial real estate;
• Comfortable with the Land Registry, REQ, and RDPRM;
• Strong teamwork skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French;
• Knowledge of the I-Manage, Juris Évolution, and Para-Maître software would be a considerable asset;
