What You Will Do

As a Director Engagement Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering strategic mandates to our clients. You will lead organizational, operational, digital and AI transformation programs, supporting executive teams in defining their vision, structuring their initiatives and achieving sustainable results.

Mandate Management

• Develop trust-based relationships with clients and act as a strategic advisor to executive teams.
• Lead complex organizational, operational, digital and AI transformation mandates, from definition to implementation.
• Direct organizational diagnostics and strategic analyses to identify key value creation and transformation levers.
• Define transformation roadmaps and formulate strategic recommendations tailored to our clients' business challenges.
• Advise organizations on the identification, evaluation and prioritization of opportunities offered by artificial intelligence, while assessing their organizational, operational and human impacts.
• Design and implement change management strategies that promote the adoption of transformations, supporting stakeholders at all stages of projects.
• Support executive teams in mobilizing managers, analyzing impacts, preparing organizations and implementing communication, training and adoption plans.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables, risk management, governance and profitability of mandates under your responsibility.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and adherence to schedules.

Leadership and Practice Development

• Lead, develop and mobilize consulting teams by fostering their professional growth and skill development.
• Act as a mentor to consultants and contribute to the development of their expertise.
• Participate in the development of methodologies, tools and best practices of the firm.
• Conduct strategic market intelligence on trends in artificial intelligence, digital transformation and innovation.
• Collaborate with international teams to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our approaches.
• Participate in internal knowledge development, training and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, administration, organizational development or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in management consulting, including significant experience in organizational transformation, change management, digital transformation or artificial intelligence.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex transformation programs or projects for large organizations.
• Hands-on experience in designing and deploying change management strategies, including impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption plans.
• Strong knowledge of change management best practices (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent approaches) and excellent understanding of issues related to the adoption of artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
• Experience in the transportation, energy or financial services sectors is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, both oral and written.
• Mobilizing leadership, analytical mindset, strategic sense and ability to thrive in a fast-growing international environment.
