Context
- Optimization of maintenance resources
Objective
- Work closely with team supervision and the maintenance planner to achieve the objectives of maintaining and optimizing the availability, efficiency, and longevity of equipment, buildings, and grounds under cost, quality, time, and safety conditions.

- *Ensure compliance and execution of health, safety, environmental, and quality rules:*

- Materials Management:
- Define the stock levels to be maintained in inventory based on statistics, piece criticality, and delivery times
- Ensure compliance with the replenishment of inventory items
- Consult plans to identify piece specifications
- Order the necessary pieces and ensure they arrive on time and in the required quantity
- Track pieces in repair
- Manage requests for additions/modifications of inventory items in accordance with the established process
- Participate in planning (weekly and annual shutdowns) to ensure the availability of required pieces
- Establish the list of kits to be prepared by the stockroom for weekend work
- Work with the engineering team when starting up new equipment to define the list of pieces to be stored
- Participate in the resolution of breakdowns due to breaks
- *Building / SST Projects:*
- Search for suppliers, submit and plan building and SST projects (e.g., asphalt, cleaning, painting...)
- Service calls for equipment (e.g., scale, loading dock, forklift...)
- Management of subcontractors

- Stabilize the inventory of store pieces

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Organize

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- High standard for best practices and work quality
- DEC or BAC in mechanics with relevant experience in the field of industrial maintenance or manufacturing
- Functional English
- 2-3 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Software: SAP, MS Word, Excel
- Knowledge of maintenance tools and processes
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary: $85,000 to $90,000 per year
