JOB OFFER: BAKERY ASSISTANT - Day Shift, Monday to Friday

Rolland House is looking for a bakery assistant for the pastry laboratory located in Boucherville at 1241 Gay Lussac Street.

Rolland House is a recognized Quebec artisan company since 1940 for its high-end creations. We are looking for an experienced pastry chef in decoration to join our team in Boucherville.

Responsibilities

• General assistance, including packaging/preparation of orders
• Production according to the company's recipes and quality standards
• Precise measurement and weighing of ingredients to ensure consistency in production
• Monitoring of production schedules and deadlines to ensure desserts are delivered on time for orders
• Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the safety of our customers
• Cleaning and sanitizing work equipment (between 1 and 2 hours per day)
