Coordinator – Panel Workshop

At Signalisation Inter-Lignes, we are looking for an organized, mobilizing and results-oriented person to coordinate the activities of our panel manufacturing workshop.

In this strategic role, you will ensure the management of operations, from the receipt of requests to the delivery of products. You will become the point of contact between the customer, project teams and production to ensure that each order is carried out effectively, on time and according to our quality standards.

Your role

As coordinator of the panel workshop, you will be responsible for planning priorities, organizing team work and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.

You will directly contribute to the quality of the products, the respect of deadlines, the efficiency of the workshop and the satisfaction of our customers.

Your main responsibilities

• Prepare submissions for panel orders;
• Communicate with customers to understand and clarify needs;
• Follow up on orders and special requests;
• Plan priorities and production schedules;
• Coordinate the different stages of production;
• Check the quality and compliance of products;
• Distribute tasks and balance workload;
• Supervise, support and mobilize the production team;
• Follow up on materials and procurement needs;
• Collaborate with project teams and other services;
• Analyze work methods and propose improvements;
• Implement solutions to improve quality, productivity and profitability.

Education and experience

• Experience in team coordination or production management;
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, an asset;
• Relevant training in administration, production, graphic design or a related field, an asset;
• Knowledge of order management or design software, an asset;
• Understanding of panel manufacturing processes, an asset.
