Industrial Mechanic

• Comply with established Industrial Good Practices
• Actively participate in maintaining food safety
• Continuously suggest ideas for improving quality and practices
• Perform punctual repairs on equipment
• Ensure follow-up with the quality team (notify) in case of non-compliance regarding food safety (equipment, environment, building, etc.)
• Perform preventive maintenance as determined by procedures and established frequency
• Provide mechanical solutions to the production process
• Install new components in the plant
• Inspect equipment and report any breaks and/or risks that may harm operations and food hygiene
• When necessary, proceed with ''lockout'' of equipment for repairs and/or adjustments
• Contribute to building maintenance as needed
• Perform all other related tasks
