On a daily basis, you will be called upon to

  • Compile data and complete production reports;
  • Maintain and clean equipment, machinery, and buildings;
  • Identify sick birds and report any anomalies;
  • Adjust equipment and control systems as needed;
  • Manage inventory and place orders for materials;
  • Respond to alarms and intervene quickly if necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess

  • A valid Class 5 driver's license (mandatory);
  • Good manual skills and excellent resourcefulness;
  • A strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and reliability;
  • Good observational skills;
  • Good physical capacity;
  • Experience in an agricultural or poultry environment (an asset).
