Harris is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our North American Shared Services HR team. This role supports employees and leaders across multiple business units throughout the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on Disability Management, including CNESST cases and RAMQ compliance.
This position operates within an AI-enabled shared services environment, where technology and automation are used to enhance efficiency, consistency, and service delivery. The role focuses on applying judgment, managing exceptions, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across HR processes.
You will serve as a trusted advisor on HR policy, employment standards, and employee relations, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and external vendors. You will regularly support employees, conduct onboarding sessions, and communicate programs in both English and French.
You will also support acquisition integrations, including employee onboarding and HR program alignment across newly acquired business units. In addition, you will contribute to the administration of the Employee Share Ownership Plan and bonus programs, including eligibility validation, reporting, and communication in partnership with Finance and program stakeholders.
As part of this role, you will leverage AI tools to support HR operations, including assisting with ticket triage, generating and standardizing employee communications, supporting reporting and data analysis, and improving workflow efficiency.
What We Are Looking For
- Full bilingualism in English and French, written and spoken
- Experience with Workday (or another HR software) and HR ticketing platforms such as Dovetail
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with demonstrated expertise in employee relations, disability management, or Canadian and Quebec employment legislation
- Strong knowledge of employment standards across provinces, including Quebec-specific requirements related to CNESST and RAMQ
- Experience in disability management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to apply sound judgment in complex and sensitive situations
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, distributed team
- Ability to operate effectively in an AI-enabled work environment, including reviewing and validating outputs generated by automation tools

- Pay Range: $60,000–$70,000 CAD
