A subsidiary of Viridis Environment, Éco luzerne is a company specialized in the production, transformation, and granulation of alfalfa for animal feed, and this for more than a decade. Éco luzerne is in full development and modernization of part of its alfalfa production line.

We are looking for a (an) Loader Operator!

Are you available to work from May to October? Variable hours are OK. We have a spot for you!

Your role ✅ Feed the production line with raw materials (alfalfa) according to operational needs ✅ Perform material handling and movement in bulk using the loader or other equipment ✅ Maintain a constant supply to avoid production stops ✅ Perform daily machinery inspections (general condition, etc.) ✅ Collaborate with plant operators to coordinate production sequences ✅ Read, apply, and respect documents related to equipment use, maintenance, and safety measures; ✅ Complete reports; ✅ Perform any other tasks requested by the plant supervisor.

The ideal profile o High school diploma or DEP or a combination of training and relevant experience o Relevant experience in heavy machinery operation (wheel loader, forklift, or similar equipment in industrial or agricultural settings) o Ability to work in a production environment (dust, noise, temperature variations) o Good physical condition and Positive attitude o Independent, resourceful, and organized in tasks o Available to work sometimes in overtime A plus if ⭐ You have skills and interest in industrial mechanics ⭐ You have a heavy machinery driving competency card ⭐ You communicate well with your colleagues
