Job Details: Full-time daytime position.

Schedule from 08:00 to 16:00, including one weekend every two weeks.

Your main responsibilities:

Ensure the cleanliness and order of common areas by performing heavy maintenance tasks.

Clean, strip, and wax floors; maintain windows, walls, ceilings, and carpets.

Wash and disinfect common bathrooms and restock supplies.

Perform basic general maintenance tasks: minor repairs, simple plumbing, hardware, painting.

Perform daily equipment checks and complete required records.

Participate in the preparation of rooms and provide logistical support during activities.

What you bring

3 to 5 years of experience in building maintenance and a DEP in general building maintenance or hygiene and sanitation is an asset.

Good knowledge of maintenance tasks, sense of well-done work, and respect for established methods.

Manual skills, basic knowledge of plumbing and electricity, and comfort with manual tools.

Concern for service, team spirit, and ability to maintain a clean and safe environment.
