HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE

• Holding a diploma in secretarial or administrative assisting would be great! If you're rather self-taught, having 3 years of experience in administration and if you have more customer service experience, your application will be thoroughly reviewed! You combine the whole package? You've won the jackpot, your place is with us!
• 2 evenings available to share with us, you'll have a bonus on your hourly rate plus fun with your colleagues
• 35 to 40 hours / week of your time for happiness at work

YOUR ROLE AT THE CVQ Centre

• You will be a true little orchestra conductor to ensure the smooth flow of our brilliant team
• Coordinate the schedules of our superb team of professionals in the clinic (in addition to being competent, they are also friendly)
• Coordinate appointments with our patients with your ravishing smile
• Take your best voice to answer phone calls
• Follow up on patient files with your eagle eye
• Perform payments for the sake of it ;)
• Support in training
• Work in collaboration with many professionals with varied skills
• Coordinate the follow-up of our precious patients' care plans
• Ensure the management of the waiting room
• Participate in the proper functioning and continuous improvement of the customer experience
