Welcome to CIMA+
We are looking for a receptionist for our Sherbrooke office. As the first point of contact with our visitors and employees, you will play a key role in welcoming and orienting them, while supporting the health, safety, and environment team and ensuring a quality service.
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and warm team, in an agreeable and dynamic environment!
Part-Time Position. Minimum of 8 hours worked per week.
Main Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Welcome, guide, and control access for visitors, issue access cards, and ensure the safety of the premises.
- Employee Welcome: Receive and welcome employees, integrate new team members.
- Mail Management: Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
- Reception Area Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean and well-organized.
- Meeting Room Management: Prepare and operate meeting room equipment, coordinate the use of flexible workspaces.
- First Aid Training: Perform first aid functions after training (16 hours).
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Management: Issue, order, and maintain necessary protective equipment for employees.
- Equipment Maintenance and Tracking: Ensure the traceability, repair, and calibration of equipment, keep inventory up-to-date.
- SSE Team Support: Support SSE teams in equipment selection and communicate with users in case of equipment modification or recall.
Qualifications
- Professional studies diploma or equivalent experience
- Five (5) years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in French. Knowledge of written English is an asset that will allow you to communicate effectively with our various stakeholders
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Interpersonal skills, communication, organizational sense, diligence, and autonomy
- Integrity, team spirit, commitment to excellence
