Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced electromechanical technician to join our maintenance team in a specialized manufacturing environment focused on plastics and metallization.

Your Role

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures.
• Repair, adjust, and bring equipment back into service.
• Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Troubleshoot automated systems.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Comply with health and safety standards.

Desired Profile

• Diploma in electromechanical, industrial mechanics, or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in plastics, extrusion, metallization, or automated environment (asset).
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic drawings.
• Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (asset).
• Autonomy, meticulousness, and analytical thinking.
