  • Ensure the traceability of parts throughout the production process by identifying them with a number or color code;
  • Operate machines in various machining centers;
  • Check the dimensions of machined parts and tools using micrometers, calipers, feeler gauges, optical comparators, CMM, and other specialized measuring equipment, then complete and write inspection reports;
  • Note all deviations from specifications and tolerances and notify the team leader;
  • Clean work areas and equipment used in the performance of functions;
  • Perform various tasks and minor jobs related to the department;
  • Participate in the training and integration of newly hired employees into their positions;
  • Participate in continuous improvement work and always strive to improve work methods and practices in your service.
