Your Role

As a Senior Specialist, Cost Management and Sourcing, you will play a crucial role in our global supply chain strategy. You will manage a diverse portfolio of suppliers located across different continents, directly impacting our global expenses.

You will serve as the bridge between design and delivery, ensuring our partners are aligned with our quality, cost, ESG, and innovation goals. You will also provide key support for new product introductions (NPI) and custom development.

About the Team

You will join our dynamic supply chain team: a group of 6 passionate professionals at the heart of PixMob's project realization. Reporting to the *Strategic Sourcing and NPI Manager*, you will work alongside a collaborative team that values innovation and tackles complex challenges head-on.

Your Key Responsibilities

• ➡️ Negotiation & Optimization
• Lead contract negotiations and agreements with suppliers (costs, value engineering, long-term partnerships).
• Perform cost analyses and comparative analyses (*benchmarking*) to support pricing strategies.
• Manage BoMs, quotes, and identify opportunities to reduce total cost of ownership (TCO).
• ➡️ Interfunctional Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, R&D, Operations, Planning, and Quality teams.
• Provide strategic sourcing information throughout the product lifecycle, from prototyping to mass production.
• ➡️ Supplier Performance & Risk Management
• Track supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery) using key indicators (KPIs).
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (geopolitical, capacity, quality).
• Ensure compliance with our ESG standards and ethical sourcing policies.
• ➡️ Supplier Base Development
• Identify, evaluate, and develop a global and robust supplier base.
• Qualify new materials and partners to support new product introductions (NPI).

The Profile We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management (preferred sectors: electronics, materials, or consumer goods).
• International Expertise: Proven experience in global sourcing and multi-continent supplier management.
• Strong Technical Skills: Cost modeling, contract negotiation, quality frameworks, and support for R&D/NPI processes.
• Systems: Proficiency in ERP systems. Experience with *Rootstock*, *Salesforce*, or *Propel* is a plus.
• Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential for daily collaboration with our international partners (US, Europe, Asia-Pacific); proficiency in French is required.
