YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
- Welcome and serve customers in the branch
- Answer phone calls and various customer requests
- Follow up on requests and answer customer questions
- Create technical support request tickets, if necessary
- Provide information on products (specifications, features, benefits)
- Produce accessory quotes and orders
- Prepare orders for branch customers
- Process rental orders and produce the required documentation (contracts, etc.)
- Follow up with customers
- Manage the reception of equipment to be repaired and complete the required documentation
- Contact customers when their equipment is ready to be picked up
- Handle the reception and shipping of materials (new and rental)
- Check rental equipment before delivery and upon returns
- Contribute to the management of the branch inventory
- Follow up on petty cash (transactions, refunds, accuracy of amounts)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Training in customer service, sales, or equivalent combination
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service (ideally in a B2B context)
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems (an asset)
- Good mastery of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent mastery of French oral and written. Very good mastery of English to serve our anglophone clientele.

Schedule Monday to Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Compensation: Starting at $24.00 per hour
