As a Packer at Canguard, your primary responsibility will be to support machine operators in the efficient production of trash bags. You will work closely with the operator to ensure smooth machine operation and high-quality packaging while maintaining high safety standards. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and willing to learn the operation of the machines to help resolve issues and prevent malfunctions such as jams.

Main Responsibilities: 1. Box Preparation and Packaging: 1.1 Retrieve boxes according to the machine operator's instructions.

1.2 Carefully package bags of trash bags into boxes, ensuring proper placement and organization.

1.3 Securely close and label the boxes in accordance with company standards.

2. Palletizing: 2.1 Place packaged boxes onto pallets in an organized manner, using space efficiently and ensuring stability.

2.2 Ensure that pallets are properly prepared for storage or shipping.

3. Machine Assistance: 3.1 Work alongside the machine operator to monitor machine performance and prevent jams and downtime.

3.2 Learn the basics of machine operation to help resolve minor issues and ensure the smooth running of the production line.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance: 4.1 Regularly clean machines, work areas, and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.

4.2 Participate in the cleaning of the production line and ensure that safety protocols are followed during maintenance.

5. Safety and Compliance: 5.1 Adhere to all safety standards and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications
