We are currently looking for a dynamic, organized, and customer-service-oriented Dispatcher to efficiently coordinate our daily operations.

Your main responsibilitiesDaily Dispatch and Operations

• Answer incoming service calls.
• Efficiently dispatch road technicians based on urgency, location, and priorities.
• Track technicians throughout the day.
• Resolve issues faced by clients and technicians.
• Open work orders (WOs) in the COSTAR system.
• Schedule appointments and emergency calls using the dispatch calendar.
• Close work orders and proceed with billing.
• Maintain constant communication with technicians, clients, and various departments.
• Ensure adherence to intervention deadlines and service standards.
• Customer Service and Internal Sales
• Provide professional and quick customer service.
• Advise clients on products and services.
• Order tires and parts when products are not available in inventory.
• Track orders with suppliers.
• Inform clients of the status of their requests and delivery deadlines.
• Operations Coordination
• Supervise the daily activities of the road technician team.
• Optimize routes and the productivity of mobile teams.
• Ensure the maintenance of service units.
• Coordinate part orders for technicians and the Dorval garage.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and purchasing departments to ensure excellent operational flow.
• Desired ProfileRequirements
• Full bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dispatch.
• Excellent knowledge of tires and wheels for commercial vehicles (trucks and trailers).
• Excellent planning, logistics, and priority management skills.
• Great capacity to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure.
• Assets
• Experience with an inventory management system (ERP).
• Knowledge of the COSTAR system.
• Valid driver's license.
• DEP, DEC, or training in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience in the transportation, commercial tires, or heavy vehicles industry.

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
