JOB TITLE: Call Center Agent JOB STATUS: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) DEPARTMENT: Call Center LOCATION: Montreal, QC
Shift Type: Days, evenings, weekends, holidays
Training: You must be available for 6-12 weeks of full-time training, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Meet and exceed call center objectives regarding customer service standards, sales targets, call duration, and other objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate interest in our clients and travel agencies
- Use sales and incentive selling techniques to sell our vacation packages: airline tickets, hotel bookings, tourist activities, and car rentals
- Demonstrate professionalism at all times: on the phone, in emails, and in person during team meetings and with our suppliers
- Use Vacances Air Canada's internal systems effectively and accurately during bookings
- Promote Vacances Air Canada's services to travel agencies and clients who communicate with our company
- Ensure that clients have all the information and are informed about all relevant products regarding bookings
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all our products and booking procedures and policies; apply this information during the booking process
- Follow all procedures during bookings and related activities
- Perform other tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- College diploma in tourism or relevant work experience
- Sales experience and ability to identify a sales opportunity
- Initiative, adaptability, attention to detail, good judgment
- Bilingualism (English and French), excellent communication skills
- Prior knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., TTS), an asset
- Flexible availability, ability to work evenings and weekends
- Available for a 6 to 12-week training program, Monday to Friday (may include evenings and weekends)
