Cookie Agency is a digital marketing agency specializing in paid advertising and AI-powered automation solutions. We support recognized Quebec brands (food service, financial services, retail) in growing their social media presence.

The Position

We are looking for a Social Media Ads Manager to handle our clients' ad accounts on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok. You will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on results (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and placements
• Write clear performance reports for clients
• Collaborate with the content creation team to develop high-performing ads
• Stay updated on new features and best practices for ad platforms
• Manage multiple client accounts with varying goals and budgets
• Use Monday.com for internal task tracking and sharing
• Manage Agence Cookie's Google My Business, Facebook, and Instagram platforms by sharing client content

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads management (mandatory)
• Experience with TikTok Ads (a plus)
• Knowledge of attribution principles, conversion pixels, and tracking
• Good understanding of performance marketing KPIs
• Self-sufficiency and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Bilingual French-English (mandatory)
• Agency experience (a plus)
• Proficiency with task management tools like Monday.com (a plus)
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT (a plus)
• Resourceful, capable of finding information online to solve problems
