Radiology Technologist *Desjardins Complex*

We are looking for an autonomous radiology technologist to join our team for a full-time or part-time permanent position. We are seeking a versatile, independent, professional who enjoys working in a team. This person will primarily work in general ultrasound and/or MRI, but would also have an interest in working in mammography, sonography, and osteodensitometry. We support the continuing education and specialization of our technologists. Several interesting incentives are available for hiring with flexible schedules.

Our clinic, located at the Desjardins Complex in Montreal, has a team of radiologists affiliated with the University of Montreal Hospital Center (CHUM). It was founded in 1965 and offers a complete range of radiology exams.

The radiology technologist produces images of the human body using various medical imaging devices so that a diagnosis can be made by a specialist physician.

• Check the patient's file and examination protocol
• Welcome the patient to the examination room
• Inform the patient about the examination process and explain the various positions before the radiograph
• Adjust the radiology equipment according to the examination protocol as requested
• Perform radiology exams
• Check the images and retake if necessary
• Document the medical request and the radiology file
• Solve various work-related problems
• Apply customer service and empathy standards
• Collaborate with radiologists
• Perform the required quality control for each device
• Perform any other related tasks
• Required Qualifications:
• College diploma in Radiology Technology
• Member of the OTIMROEPMQ
• Mastery of DR and CR technologies
• Proficiency in French and spoken English.

• Compensation: $24.78 to $35.67 per hour
