The Compliance and Contractual Services Division ensures the compliance and integrity of the contract awarding processes across Revenu Québec. It is responsible for supporting and advising internal partners in the procurement process of goods and services, as well as ensuring compliance with laws and standards in contract management.
By working within one of these teams, you will collaborate with your colleagues to tackle stimulating challenges, such as actively contributing to the acquisition of innovative goods and services that meet the organization's and Quebec society's needs, through contractual strategies (public tenders, etc.).
Integrity, rigor, reflection, and service excellence are fundamental principles that will guide your work on a daily basis.
Your daily life at Revenu Québec
As a Contract Compliance Advisor, you will be required to: understand the regulatory framework in contract management to analyze each file and ensure its compliance; accompany departments in defining their needs and applicable contractual requirements, and then determine the appropriate procurement strategy; determine the appropriate contractual strategy for each file, in collaboration with client departments; manage the tendering processes, from contract planning to awarding; ensure that contractual files are complete and compliant with requirements, and confirm that the necessary authorizations have been obtained; coordinate the activities of selection committees, ensuring their compliance and proper conduct; develop and maintain your contract management skills in the public sector (laws, regulations, internal directives, guidelines, etc.) and contract awarding processes.

Prerequisites
To join our team, you must: have either a bachelor's degree or equivalent in one of the following fields or any other relevant field: administration, industrial relations, law; or a bachelor's degree in any other field with at least one year of relevant experience; have professional experience in contract management, procurement, or supply chain.
Additionally, experience in negotiation or in the field of information technology could be considered an asset.
Additional information
You must have Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or a valid work permit in Canada.
If you obtained your degree outside of Canada, you must attach a copy of the comparative study evaluation issued by the Ministry of Immigration, Francization, and Integration to your online application.
