GUIDEWIRE ANALYST

Description

We are looking for a Guidewire Analyst to join our team of advisors at our Quebec or Montreal office as a permanent position.

This position is hybrid.

As a consultant for Chrome Technologies, the candidate will work with our clients to complete the projects they have entrusted to us.

Tasks

• Analyze business needs and existing systems to recommend solutions compliant with Guidewire Cloud ClaimCenter capabilities and the existing IT architecture, including solutions in an AWS-based cloud environment.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications and oversee their implementation in collaboration with developer analysts.
• Collaborate with business, technical teams, and vendors to ensure consistency and understanding of the solutions to be implemented.
• Participate in the evaluation of efforts, risks, and dependencies related to functional work.
• Contribute to the planning, validation, and deployment of solutions, including the writing of functional documentation and test cases.
• Ensure the alignment and consistency of work under their responsibility, in compliance with architecture, quality, and documentation standards.
• Demonstrate accountability and initiative, fully committing to achieving objectives, mobilizing autonomy with rigor, and acting proactively for their development in line with the organization's needs.

Requirements

• Accumulate three (3) to five (5) years of experience in information technology.
• Hold a Guidewire ClaimCenter certification.
• Knowledge of property and casualty insurance.
• Knowledge of Agile Frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban.
• Have participated in large-scale agility projects such as SAFE, LESS, DAD.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
• Demonstrate a collaborative spirit, openness, and authenticity.
• Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
• Functional knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
