In this role, you will manage accounts receivable, client credit tracking, payment collection, invoicing, and communications with internal and external partners. You will work closely with the finance, sales, and customer service teams to provide a professional and efficient experience to our clients.

Desired Profile

• DEC and relevant certification
• 4 to less than 6 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of accounting software and an ERP system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong French and English skills, both oral and written, to ensure effective communication with all our clients and suppliers.
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, attention to detail, and sense of organization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent relationship and customer service skills

Knowledge of customs compliance and Incoterms is an asset.

The candidate must have a personal vehicle to make trips between different sites.
