Your Role

You will play a key role in the accounting department by handling technical tasks related to vendor accounts, customer accounts, reconciliations, and financial tracking.

Main Responsibilities

Accounting

• Verify, enter, and digitize vendor invoices accurately.
• Prepare payments according to due dates and track vendor accounts.
• Generate and send customer invoices, record receipts, and maintain rigorous tracking of accounts receivable.
• Perform customer follow-ups and document the tracking.
• Conduct simple bank reconciliations and participate in some accounting entries.
• Collaborate on monthly accounting processes (filing, verifications, preparation of documents).
• Support the team in various administrative projects related to financial operations.

Administrative Support and Coordination

• Update, file, and digitize accounting and administrative files.
• Manage internal and external communications (calls, emails, general requests).
• Maintain compliant and organized documentation to facilitate audits and internal tracking.

• Comfortable with numbers and administrative tracking;
• Capable of managing multiple priorities;
• Comfortable with Outlook, Excel, and computer tools;
