SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST GUIDEWIRE

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a senior Guidewire Business Analyst to join our team of advisors at our Quebec or Montreal office as a permanent position.

This position is hybrid.

As an advisor / consultant for Chrome Technologies, the candidate will intervene with our clients in the implementation of the projects they have entrusted to us.

Tasks

The Claims project portfolio needs a business analyst in delivery. This portfolio plays a leading role in contributing to the analysis of business and technological solutions in claims insurance covering the sectors of personal, business, indemnity, brokerage, direct sales and affiliated agents. The business analyst will have to collaborate with the POs to analyze the internal customer needs and animate solution definition workshops and document the processes and solutions. Note that we are currently in a context of evolving organizational transformation.

The business analyst will have to collaborate with the BillingCenter business team and PO to collect, synthesize, popularize and clearly express the billing and collection needs in the BillingCenter module of Guidewire.

Notably, the business analyst will have to:

• Clarify the context related to the needs (stakeholders, understanding of the problem, etc.),
• Identify and analyze business needs to achieve the set objectives and maximize added value,
• Collaborate closely with the various sectors concerned and coordinate their efforts,
• Accompany the stakeholders in the implementation of technological improvements for business solutions,
• Provide support to the technical teams during the implementation of the initiatives,
• Formulate recommendations to the PM,
• Write processes and procedures,
• Develop working mockups,
• Participate in acceptance tests,
• Contribute to change management.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the claims collection process in insurance;
• Minimum 2 years of experience with the BillingCenter module of Guidewire;
• Experience with the PolicyCenter module of Guidewire;
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and the Office 365 suite;
• Mastery of spoken and written French;
• Ability to work in a team;
• IIBA certification (an asset)
• LOMA certificate (an asset)
• Experience with the SAFe and agile methodology
• Hold a university degree or equivalent
• Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in project mode
• Be able to evolve autonomously in a complex and dynamic environment
• SAFe certification (an asset)
• PAA or FPAA title (an asset)
