Production Worker (Evening Shift)

Production Worker

Full-time position, 40 hours per week

Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM.

Hourly rate: $21.99

Evening premium: $1.25/hour

Possibility of overtime

Job Objective:

The incumbent will actively participate in the food production process by performing various tasks related to assembly and preparation of products. They are responsible for efficiently feeding the production lines while respecting pace, quality, and hygiene requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Feed production lines efficiently and safely by assembling various cooked dishes according to established recipes and production standards.
• Handle and weigh food while applying good hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Package finished products, ensuring their compliance and presentation.
• Work in a refrigerated environment maintained at approximately 4°C, and apply appropriate safety and comfort measures.

Requirements

• Resistance to stress and ability to maintain a constant work pace.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food sector, or relevant experience in the restaurant industry.
• Good physical capacity (15-20 kg).
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP) and HACCP standards.
• Demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and a good sense of organization.
• Be resourceful, methodical, and solution-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
