Cannabis Culture Assistant (Part-Time 7h - 15h15)

Under the authority of the Team Leader, the production employee will ensure the completion of various stages in the growth and flowering process of the plant.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Prepare substrates (cubes) for transplanting clones;
• Transplant clones;
• Harvest plants;
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sterility in the production area and facilities;
• Review, understand, and follow all Regulated Operations Procedures (ROP) to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP);
• Perform any other related tasks.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working in a factory or production environment (an asset);
• Good visual and manual coordination;
• Demonstrate meticulousness and a keen eye for detail;
• Able to remain seated or stand for long periods;
• Good manual dexterity;
• Good judgment;
• Able to handle up to 12 kg (25 lbs).
