Your Mission

At the intersection of sales, engineering, and R&D, you will lead the teams that demonstrate the value of Femtum technologies to clients: customer applications, software development, and integration of our laser solutions into clients' production environments worldwide.

Concretely, you will

• Build and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team capable of executing multiple technical mandates simultaneously with quality and speed.
• Supervise the customer applications laboratory: proof of concepts, technical demonstrations, and trials that convert opportunities into sales.
• Lead the evolution of integrated software into our products and our internal tools.
• Orchestrate installation, commissioning, and validation projects of laser systems at our international clients.
• Ensure alignment between customer needs, R&D, and operations to influence tomorrow's products.

Desired Profile

• University degree in engineering, photonics, applied physics, software, or related field.
• Significant experience in managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Experience in managing engineering, integration, customer applications, software, or technical operations activities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent planning, organization, and resource allocation skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong customer and results orientation.
