The assistant manager plays a strategic role in the management and performance of the restaurant. Under the supervision of the manager, they actively contribute to the smooth operation of the business, maintaining a motivating work environment, and achieving profitability goals. They act as an operational leader by supporting the team and ensuring the rigorous application of the company's standards.

• Actively participate in operations
• Ensure the application of Benny & Co.'s policies and procedures (operations, quality, presentation, customer service, hygiene, and sanitation)
• Supervise and participate in the proper functioning of production and order execution
• Maintain a harmonious work environment within the team
• Motivate, coach, and support team members
• Track and manage complaints
• Supervise on-duty staff and assign work tasks
• Ensure the respect of schedules and optimize the management of working hours based on foot traffic
• Distribute maintenance tasks and ensure the quality of the work done
• Ensure the welcome, integration, training, and follow-up of the training plans for new employees
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Perform any other task as requested by the immediate supervisor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in management, preferably in the food service industry;
• Motivational and positive leadership, focused on results;
• Excellent sense of responsibility, judgment, and autonomy;
• Strong ability to adapt and manage priorities;
• Excellent communication skills and a great capacity for listening;
• Rigor in the application of procedures and operational standards.
