Your Mission

Reporting to the Head of the Service, Research, Development and Citizen Participation, the incumbent plans, coordinates, implements, and evaluates various projects aimed at enhancing the citizen experience. They identify best practices related to their activities and possible improvements. They ensure the planning, establishment of priorities and objectives, timelines, and necessary resources in compliance with current guidelines, objectives, and policies. They collaborate with internal and external partners and, through a change management approach, foster adherence to desired changes by various stakeholders and follow up with involved consultants. They participate in organizing and holding various committees. They contribute to the development of practices, procedures, and tools to frame, support, and coordinate activities related to their area of expertise. They provide opinions, advice, and recommendations to their superiors and, if necessary, present to various services, external partners, or decision-making bodies of the City. They draft and prepare various reports, presentations, and information documents. They stay informed about trends, best practices, standards, and studies related to their field of expertise.

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or another relevant field.
  • Possess three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • A master's degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset.
