• Starting salary of $26.70 per hour and $28.80 per hour after 1 year;
• Night shift premium of (0.80¢/h) and evening shift premium of (0.65¢/h);

The Levers Where You Will Create Value

• Perform various activities related to butter, powder production, and packaging;
• Maintain and sanitize equipment and the work environment;
• Follow and apply all factory policies and procedures (HACCP, Health and Safety, etc.);
• Possibility of multiple training and expertise opportunities associated with major health and safety programs: Lockout, Confined Space, Working at Heights, Hot Work;
• Possibility to qualify for operator positions in various departments.

What Will Allow You to Have an Impact

• Be available for all work shifts: day, evening, night, and weekends (mostly evening and night);
• Hold a high school diploma (DES) or equivalent of secondary 5;
• Minimum 3 months of experience in the manufacturing industry;
• Experience in the food industry (asset);
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division);
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
