Reporting to the territory supervisor, the return advisor is responsible for the daily operation and proper functioning of the return location. The person in this position will assist citizens in the process of returning consigned containers. A training program is offered to all new employees.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Provide service to citizens and welcome external suppliers;

Count the returned containers using the available tools;

Separate the materials;

Operate the return point system and other equipment;

Perform regular maintenance of the workstation;

Operate small handling equipment;

Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment on-site and carry out the necessary procedures when required;

As needed, train colleagues and share knowledge;

Perform any other related tasks (e.g., preparation of shipments, inventory, reports, cleaning of work areas including the bathroom, etc.)

Desired Profile

Customer service experience;

Excellent interpersonal skills;

Ability to work in a team;

Continuous learning capacity and ability to work autonomously;

Ability to work in a constantly evolving and developing environment;

Ability to use computer tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma (DES) or equivalent relevant experience;
• French language proficiency;
• Respect of availability schedules;
• Ability to work in variable conditions (hot, cold, humid);
• Ability to perform repetitive movements;
• Capacity to lift weights of at least 20kg;

Demonstrate adaptability.

WORK LOCATION: 345, Harwood, Vaudreuil-Dorion - Quebec J7V 7W1 SALARY: $20/hour
