Reporting to the territory supervisor, the return advisor is responsible for the daily operation and proper functioning of the return location. The person in this role will assist citizens in the process of returning consigned containers. A training program is offered to all new employees.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provide service to citizens and welcome external suppliers;
  • Count the returned containers using the available tools;
  • Separate the materials;
  • Operate the return point system and other equipment;
  • Perform regular maintenance of the workstation;
  • Operate small handling equipment;
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment on site and carry out the necessary procedures when required;
  • As needed, train colleagues and share knowledge;
  • Perform any other related tasks (e.g., preparing shipments, inventory, reports, cleaning work areas including the bathroom, etc.).
