As Vice President of Operations, your role will include

• Defining and implementing operational strategies supporting the organization's growth and profitability.
• Ensuring the management and performance of all operations, branch network, and vehicle fleet.
• Optimizing processes, resources, and performance indicators to improve operational efficiency.
• Supervising the financial management of operations, including budgets, cost control, and achieving profitability goals.
• Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
• Mobilizing, supporting, and developing management teams in a performance-driven, collaborative, and continuous improvement culture.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, health and safety, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Identifying innovation opportunities and driving initiatives that promote the company's evolution and competitiveness.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in administration, operations management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field;
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale operational management roles;
• Significant experience in a transport, logistics, rental, or fleet management environment;
• Experience in multisite management and supervision of multidisciplinary teams;
• Strong understanding of financial and operational issues;
• Solid skills in analysis, problem-solving, and change management;
• Motivational leadership and ability to positively influence teams;
• Proficiency in performance indicators and operational management tools;
• Strong orientation towards results, continuous improvement, and customer experience.
