Audi Trois-Rivières is looking for a Technical Advisor to join its service department.

The Technical Advisor is the main link between the customer and the workshop. Their role is to understand the client's needs, advise on appropriate work, and ensure rigorous follow-up throughout the vehicle's visit.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally and courteously;
• Listen to customers' needs and prepare repair orders;
• Advise on recommended maintenance and repairs according to Audi standards;
• Follow up on work with technicians;
• Regularly communicate with customers about the progress of repairs;
• Prepare estimates and obtain necessary approvals;
• Ensure vehicle delivery by clearly explaining the work done;
• Provide a customer experience in line with Audi brand standards;
• Collaborate closely with technicians, the parts department, and service management;
• Meet customer satisfaction and department performance objectives.
• Desired Profile
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Technical Advisor or in a similar role (an asset);
• Experience in the automotive industry;
• Excellent customer service and communication skills;
• Professionalism, autonomy, and organizational sense;
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously;
• Knowledge of dealership management software (an asset);
• Valid driver's license;
• Team spirit and positive attitude.
