The ALBI le Géant group is currently looking for an internal technical advisor for its ALBI Nissan Repentigny dealership.

Your mission

• Analyze technicians' requests and estimate necessary repairs.
• Prepare quotes and obtain approval for work from internal clients.
• Plan and coordinate interventions with the mechanics.
• Ensure smooth communication between the technical service and internal clients.
• Track files and ensure top-notch customer service!
• And of course, all other related tasks to ensure a 5-star service.

What we're looking for in you

• Experience in customer service and/or mechanics (a big plus!)
• DEP in technical advice for automotive maintenance and repair (an asset)
• Strong organizational skills and team spirit
• Valid driver's license
• Proactive attitude and willingness to get involved
