Job Offer: Junior Buyer (China Market)

About the Position

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented junior buyer to join our procurement team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the field of purchasing and supply chain.

The selected candidate will participate in procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, and contribute to the acquisition of quality products at the best cost while respecting deadlines.

Since this position involves regular communication with suppliers and business partners in China and other markets where Mandarin is used, excellent Mandarin proficiency (as this position is primarily for our China market) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the search and selection of new suppliers.
• Request, analyze, and compare supplier quotations.
• Participate in price, delivery time, and purchase condition negotiations.
• Prepare and follow up on purchase orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reordering.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Track orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Contribute to the resolution of quality, delivery time, or delivery-related issues.
• Keep purchase-related files and documentation up to date.
• Prepare reports and analyze procurement data to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
